Congratulations on your new shop location!!! Your store is really the best and the only one in town in terms of variety of golf sets, golf bags and other golf accessories and memorabilia.  The quality and the price are just fantastic and I don't have to travel to Japan or to the USA for the golf stuff that I need or desire. Having been your customer for the last eight years, the advices you have given me on what heads and shafts and grips to use were really very helpful in making sure that I don't only enjoy the game of golf but more importantly, win the bets on the golf course. I must have bought and sold close to 20 sets and a dozen or so other golf items and I always felt that I got the best deal. One of my pleasant surprises of late was that you even have the latest models of Honma Beres that the local distributor doesn’t have in their stock and the new Puma shoes and belts are just so scintillating even just to ogle at. I really cannot imagine why the Puma distributor can't be as creative in merchandising as your store is. One thing that you may want to improve on is the payment terms like offering lay away plans or in local lingo "patak-patak" because sometimes buyers don't have the budget now but already tickled pink  to buy the golf stuff now; and also some T-shirts that are unique and available only at your store.

I have been a client, or might I say a friend, of ProGear since around a couple of years after I started playing golf in June, 1997.  Had I known of them earlier I wouldn't have bought a new branded golf set which cost me the equivalent of the price of a second hand car back then!!!

When I again ventured into the garments business in the year 2000 I thought of making short sleeved golf rain jackets like the one worn by Tiger Woods. ProGear supported us all the way, even up to the point of allowing us to display our products in the Mega Mall golf show.  They didn't charge us rental or anything, just a 10% mark up.  For this I will be forever grateful to ProGear!!!

All my golf equipment & paraphernalia now come from ProGear.  They are easy to deal with and we have developed trust & camaraderie between each other.  Their merchandise is very, very reasonably priced and I can even haggle for further discounts!  Much more than a client, we treat each other as friends.  So much so that Rollie calls me up if she needs to fill up her sales quota hehehe!!!  You will be surprised that the pre-owned golf sets they sell are as good as brand new as they take the time to fix these up prior to selling them.  And some of them are really new though discounted as Artit does a great job of sourcing them!!  Their new golf equipment are priced lower than competitors selling similarly branded items.

I have referred several of my friends to ProGear and they have all been happy.  ProGear even went out of their way to fix warranty problems even when the particular golf club was not bought from them!!!  How is that for unselfish service!!!!  I will continue to patronize ProGear & will continue referring my friends to them for as long as I play golf!!!
